For over 15 years I have helped leaders change the world by doing the impossible. I truly believe through the synergy of transformational coaching and collaboration we can usher in an age of unprecedented peace and prosperity to the world. My first book The Revolution of Self is focused on helping individuals find and fulfill their potential and purpose. My latest book Expand focuses on what I describe as the new era of leadership. At the end of the day my passion is seeing people thrive to their utmost.

Originally from a small town in Vermont I have experienced everything from homelessness and depression in NYC to marrying the love of my life in our beautiful home in Santa Barbara Ca. Beyond my experience and knowledge it is my imagination and creativity that allows me to create world-class results for my clients.

It has been my privilege to speak on stages all over the globe as a premier motivational speaker. I am considered to be a pioneer in the self-help and coaching industry, I have developed a number of transformative coaching programs to tackle the hurdles of life and business. Some of my more recent innovations include “The Expanded Leader”: a highly popular weekend intensive coaching program that helps developing leaders skyrocket their personal and professional success, and “Legacy”: my intensive one-on-one program for visionary entrepreneurs which combines one-on-one coaching with a powerful immersive experiences.
